HSAP Registration

Form A needs to be completed for each HSAP student each year. Please notice that HSAP families can skip #5 and #7 on Form A. View the HSAP Registration Instructions.

HSAP Enrichment Classes – optional

• Grades K-5 Schedule & Availability 

• When completing the signup, parents will make a 1st and 2nd choice as to the day/time for classes. All students in any one grade will receive the same classes regardless of the day/time option chosen. Class descriptions and schedules will be released at the beginning of the school year.

Grades 6-12 Schedule & Descriptions

• When completing the signup, parents will choose specific classes for specific times. When completing the signup, parents will choose specific classes for specific times. 

Ames Middle School Dual Enrollment

• Please complete the AMS Dual Enrolled Student Scheduling Form to indicate to AMS staff which classes should be on a dual enrolled student’s schedule.
